Kansas City, Mo. - The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced over 11,000 Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes and over 2,000 NAIA Scholar Teams as a part of its annual NAIA National Awards Day on Wednesday. The day recognizes the association's highest individual honors and achievements of NAIA student-athletes, administrators, and coaches. | NAIA RELEASE
Central Methodist University boasted 14 NAIA Scholar-Teams and 129 Scholar-Athletes. Women's soccer earned the highest GPA of 3.75 in 2020-21, followed by women's cross country (3.72) and softball (3.68).
