Kansas City, Mo. - Nine members of the Central Methodist Baseball program were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes by the national office. 

Chase Dawson, Dawson Kellgren, Foster Seitz, Haden Kelly, Justin Stedry, Kolby Lester, Matthew Johnson, Nick Tampa, and Shane Chamberlain are among the more than 1,100 student-athletes from across the country to be recognized. 

In order to be nominated, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
