KANSAS CITY - Three Central Methodist players, headlined by Co-Player of the Year Melvin Tillman, have been named to the 2014 All-Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC) Men's Basketball Teams. Tillman was voted to the first team for a second-straight season. Mitchell Farr was named to the third team, while Eric McDaniel was an honorable mention selection.

Tillman, who started all 28 games during the regular season in which he appeared and shares the Player of the Year honor with Evangel senior forward Zach Kleine, has been named All-HAAC during his three-year career in Fayette. He tallied career-highs with 40 points and 15 assists on February 22 at MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.), following that up with 39 points five days later on Senior Night against Graceland (Iowa).

Tillman ranks 12th on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,392 points.

Farr, who has started all 30 games this season, ranks fourth in the country in three-point field goals made (98), seventh in three-point field goals made per game (3.267), 28th in scoring (526) and 42nd in points per game (17.533). The junior guard and Racine, Wis., product leads the HAAC in three-pointers made and ranks in the top 10 of treys made per contest, scoring, scoring average, field goal percentage and three-point field goal percentage.

McDaniel, who has appeared in 30 games this season while starting the last 16, ranks eighth in Division I in offensive rebounds per game (3.333), 21st in rebounds (231), and 33rd in rebounds per game (7.700).
