Kansas City, Mo. – Central Methodist senior guard Isaiah Reams has been named the Heart of America Men's Basketball Offensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced Monday. It marks the second time this season the Mexico, Missouri native has earned the honor, having previously been recognized on Nov. 17, 2025.

The Truman State transfer continues to be a consistent offensive force for the Eagles, averaging 20.5 points and 4.5 rebounds per game. Reams delivered a standout performance on Jan. 7 against William Woods inside Puckett Field House, pouring in a game-high 33 points while adding six rebounds and six assists.

His strong play carried over into the following contest against nationally ranked No. 22 Graceland, the current leader in the Heart of America Conference. Reams tallied 28 points, three rebounds, three assists, and two steals in the matchup. He led all scorers with 16 first-half points to help Central Methodist take a one-point advantage into the locker room, then added 12 more in the second half. The Eagles battled throughout the contest but ultimately fell by a 10-point margin.

Reams and the Eagles return to action on Wednesday, Jan. 14, when they travel to St. Louis, Missouri to face Missouri Baptist. Tip-off is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.
