COLUMBIA, Mo. - Central Methodist is in seventh place after day one of the Cougar Classic, hosted by Columbia. The Eagles' team of five players carded a 327 at Columbia Country Club.

Central Methodist's Austin Rapp is tied for 18th after carding an 80, seven strokes off the lead. Reigning Heart of America Athletic Conference Player of the Week Ty Lieberman is tied for 21st with an 81. Ryan Rost and Brendan Ross are tied for 25th after each player fired an 83. Trevor Cooley is 39th after recording a 91.

Lincoln (Mo.) and William Woods (Mo.) are tied for the tournament lead, as each team shot a 308. Lincoln's Nick Goeke and William Woods' Chris Martin are tied atop the leader board, as each player recorded a day-one total of 73.

The final round starts Tuesday at 9 a.m. CT.
