Kansas City, Mo. - Four members of the Central Methodist Men's Golf team were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes by the national office. 

Central was represented by Gaite Brauns, Jacob Chittaphong, Landon Rothgeb, and Tiago Swart. 

The group of four is among 375 student-athletes from around the country to earn recognition. 

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year at said institution.
