Fulton, Mo. - This week, the Central Methodist Men's Golf program competed at the William Woods Spring Invitational at Tanglewood Golf Course in Fulton, Missouri.
The 17-team field featured the following programs: William Woods, Columbia College, Crowder, Lincoln, John A. Logan, North Central Missouri, CMU, Health Sciences & Pharmacy, Westminster, Hannibal-LaGrange, and State Fair Community College.
Central had two separate teams competing. They finished 11th and 13th, respectively, with scores of 620 and 651.
Sophomore Cole Wiese finished third as an individual, firing scores of 71 and 73 for a two-day total of 144.
Cylas Worley and Garrett Rikel each tied for 35th with scores of 155.
Carter Jackson (53rd - 160), John Howle (60th - 163), Zachary Krantz (65th - 164), Brock Jenkins (67th - 166), Keenan James (69th - 168), Jackson Hackett (71st - 169), Alvin Brämhagen (80th - 177), Travis Allen (81st - 178), and Valur Örn (88th - 209) also competed for the Eagles.
Central continues spring competition, splitting its squads next Monday and Tuesday at both the UHSP and Missouri Valley Spring Invitationals.
