Overland Park, Kan. - The Central Methodist Men's Golf program concluded the 2024-25 season at the Heart of America Conference Tournament this week at Jack Nicklaus Lion's Gate in Overland Park, Kansas. 

The two-day tournament featured 11 Heart programs. 

As a team, Central finished in eighth place with a three-round team score of 989. 

Cylas Worley was CMU's highest finisher, firing a three-round score of 243 to tie for 23rd. Carter Jackson was right behind with a score of 244 to place 27th. 

Sophomore Cole Wiese also landed in the Top 30 with scores of 82, 82, and 83 for a 247 total. 

Brock Jenkins (38th - 255), Keenan James, and Garrett Rikel also competed for the Eagles. 

At the conclusion of the tournament, Wiese was named to the Heart All-Conference Tournament Team, a 15-player team consisting of the top five medalists and 10 players selected by the Golf Stat individual adjusted scoring average ranking.
