The Central Methodist University men's soccer team saw its season come to a close with a 3-0 loss at Culver-Stockton College Wednesday afternoon.

Culver-Stockton scored all three goals in the second half to earn the 3-0 win. The two teams finished even with 14 shots each. The Wildcats ended with an 8-6 advantage in shots on goal in the match. Sophomore Corey Schelle (Godfrey, Ill.) played all 90 minutes in goal for CMU, recording five saves.

The Eagles ended their season with a 6-11-1 record overall and 0-9 in the Heart of America Athletic Conference. Culver-Stockton improved to 6-11-1 overall and 1-8 in the HAAC with the win.
