Schenewerk will join the Central Methodist program after finishing his high school career with four goals and eight assists. He helped Helias to a third-place finish at state during his junior season, and a district runner-up finish in 2010. Schenewerk has also played club soccer since he was eight years old.
"I am very excited to have signed Kyle," CMU Head Coach Dan Schmidlin said. "Kyle loves the game of soccer and works very hard every day to improve his skills. He is a program player and I am looking forward to coaching him throughout his collegiate career."
Schenewerk will join Helias teammates Blake Wenzel and Will Grefrath, along with Concordia native Jacob Kapala, who have also signed letters of intent to play at CMU next season.
