"Elijah is a great addition to our program and will help us right away," Schmidlin said. "He will represent CMU well on and off the field. I look forward to coaching him over the next four years."
Parker attends Warren High School in Warren, Ill.
In his senior season, Parker started all 29 games and helped guide his team to a Illinois 3A state championship.
Parker also plays for the Grove United Soccer Association.

Central Methodist finished the 2013 season 9-8-1.
