Kansas City, Mo. - Four members of the Central Methodist Men's Wrestling program earned Heart of America All-Conference honors for their performances at the Heart Championships last weekend.
Wrestlers that placed in first, second or third in their respective weight classes earned Heart All-Conference honors. The breakdown is below.
First-place = First Team All-Conference
Second-place = Second Team All-Conference
Third-place = Honorable Mention All-Conference.
James Griffin and Sincere Hall-Osbourne were named to the First Team, while Roman Garcia and Austin Foye earned Second Team honors.
Griffin won the 157 pound bracket, while Hall-Osbourne took home gold in the 184 pound weight class. The duo mark the first pair of conference champions for the program in school history.
Garcia and Foye each finished second in their respective weight classes of 174 and 285 pounds respectively.
The quartet along with Arojae Hart and Jake Henson will represent Central at this year's NAIA National Championships, set to begin Thursday, March 6 at Hartman Arena in Park City, Kan.
