FRANKFORT, Ky. - The Central Methodist women's basketball team held its final practice Tuesday before starting the 33rd Annual Division I Women's Basketball National Championship. The squad practiced at nearby Frankfort High School at 7 a.m. CT for 55 minutes.
Tuesday's workout in F.D. Wilkinson Gym had the Eagles going in their usual green and white practice attire and saw the team go through all aspects of the game while continuing to work against the Oklahoma City scout squad.
No. 8-seed Central Methodist battles No. 1-seed Oklahoma City on Wednesday in the 33rd Annual NAIA Division I Women's Basketball National Championship first round at 11 a.m. in the Frankfort Convention Center.
