BOONVILLE, Mo. - Central Methodist's five-member team of Alannah Hustead, Allison Quigley, Jamie Gisburne, Ashley Spaulding and Miranda Holden carded a 333 on Wednesday at Hail Ridge Golf Course to put the Eagles in third place after the first day of the Fall Eagle Open. The course is Par-72.
Central Methodist, the host school for the tournament, was led by Hustead's six-over 78, putting her in eighth place overall. Quigley is tied for ninth after firing an 83. Gisburne and Spaulding are 11th and 12th, respectively, after shooting an 85 and 87. Holden is 22nd overall after shooting a 156.
William Woods sits in first place after shooting a 282 on Wednesday. William Woods "B" is second and trails the first-place squad by 38 strokes. Central Methodist and Missouri Valley round out the field.
The final round of the Fall Eagle Open starts Thursday at 9 a.m. CT.
