Oskaloosa, Iowa - The Central Methodist Women's Golf team finished regular season action at the William Penn Mike Fluff Cowan Invitational this week in Oskaloosa, Iowa. 

Freshman Mechelle Vermillion posted the highest finish for the Eagles, firing rounds of 85 and 83 to finish tied for fourth. 

Logan Allen and Sarah Krenowicz also landed in the Top 10 with scores of 170 and 176 respectively. As a team, Central finished the two-day tournament with a team score of 695 to place second. 

The Eagles will next compete in the Heart of America Conference Championship, beginning Monday, May 1 at The Preserve on Rathbun Lake in Moravia, Iowa.
