Moravia, Iowa - The Central Methodist Women's Golf program placed fourth at the Heart of America Athletic Conference Women's Golf Championship this week in Moravia, Iowa. 

The Eagles posted a three-round score of 1008, improving in score at the conclusion of each round, including a tournament round low of 324 on the final day of competition. 

William Penn won the event with a team score of 982, followed by Grand View (2nd, 990), and then Mount Mercy (3rd, 1001). 

Sarah Krenowicz posted a Top 10 finish, placing eighth with a score of 243. Mechelle Vermillion finished tied for 16th at 253, followed by Logan Allen who tied for 18th at 255. 

For her performance during the regular season and at the Heart Championships, Vermillion also landed on the Heart All-Conference team.
