Marshall, Mo. - Highlighted by a top-five finish from sophomore Reagan Bell, the Central Methodist Women's Golf team began the 2025 fall season at the MVC Invitational Monday and Tuesday in Marshall, Mo.
The 40-player field featured CMU, host Missouri Valley, Health Sciences and Pharmacy, Missouri Baptist, North Central Missouri College, William Penn, and William Woods.
As a team, Central finished fourth in the field with a team score of 1050. William Penn won the tournament with a three-round score of 999.
Bell led the Eagles with a three-round total of 250. She got better with each round, finishing with scores of 88, 82, and 80.
Lauren Williams finished in a tie for 16th with a score of 267. Ella Martin landed just inside the Top 20 with a total score of 271.
Karington Harrell (22nd - 280), Paige Bender (27th - 289), Sophia Duque (31st - 298), and Lindsey Burbridge (36th - 316) also competed both days for the Eagles.
Central will next compete at the Graceland Fall Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 20, at 10:00 a.m. in Lamoni, Iowa.
