Marshall, Mo. — The Central Methodist University women's golf team wrapped up its regular season Tuesday with a fifth-place finish at the Missouri Valley Spring Invitational, hosted by Missouri Valley College in Marshall.
The Eagles posted a three-round total of 1080, carding rounds of 367, 345, and 368 across Monday and Tuesday's competition.
Baker claimed the team title with a 979, followed by William Penn (1011), William Woods (1027), and host Missouri Valley (1053).
Individually, Central Methodist was led by Reagan Bell, who tied for 13th overall with a 54-hole total of 264. Bell turned in rounds of 89, 83, and 92 during the tournament.
Lauren Williams also finished inside the top 15, tying for 15th at 267. Williams recorded scores of 90, 86, and 91.
Kyambria Acy tied for 18th with a 271, highlighted by an 84 in the second round. Ella Martin added a 24th-place finish at 279, while Karington Harrell rounded out the Eagles' lineup in 29th with a 287.
The Missouri Valley Spring Invitational marked the final tune-up for Central Methodist ahead of Heart Tournament postseason play, which is set to begin May 4th in Smithville, Missouri.
