Fayette, Mo. - Six members of the Central Methodist Women's Soccer program earned 2025 CSC Academic All-District honors in the NAIA Division. 

The six members to be recognized are Mariana Barreto, Maja Henriksen, Irene Ruiz, Luisa Schaupp, Nerea Munoz, and Rieke Protze. 

It marks the first time any of the six players have earned Academic All-District honors. 

The awards' purpose is to recognize the nations' top student-athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.

The CSC Academic All-America program is nominated and voted on by members of the CSC, which are the Sports Information Directors/Athletic Communication leaders from every NAIA institution.

Each school's district nominees must have met the following criteria to be eligible for the award: at least sophomore standing both athletically and academically; have maintained at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA; and be a starter or important reserve. For women's soccer, a maximum of six student-athletes may be submitted for consideration from each team.
