Kansas City, Mo. - Central Methodist junior opposite hitter Callie Henson was named the Heart Women's Volleyball Attacker of the Week by the conference office Monday. 

This marks the second Heart Player of the Week award for Henson, as she was also recognized back on Sept. 5. 

The native of Jefferson City, Mo. led the Eagles to a 2-1 record this past week, including sweeps over Benedictine College and Baker. 

Henson averaged 4.5 kills per set and hit .434 in three matches. She also collected eight total blocks. Her top match of the week came against nationally ranked MNU, tallying 16 kills, five digs, and four blocks.

Henson and the Eagles return home to host Culver-Stockton College Saturday, Oct. 22 at 1:00 p.m. for senior day.
