Des Moines, Iowa - The (RV) Central Methodist women's wrestling team took part in the highly competitive Grand View Open, hosted by Grand View University Saturday in Des Moines, Iowa. 

The event featured wrestlers from more than 40 college programs from the NCAA, NAIA, and Junior College levels. 

Freshman grappler Allison Hynes posted a 2-2 in the record in the 123-pound weight class which included wins via Tech Fall and Fall. Fellow freshman Sabrina King also picked up two wins at 123 pounds, both via Tech Fall. 

Both Lillian Gough and Brianne Whited earned three wins in the 136-pound and 155-pound weight classes respectively. 

Central will next compete in the Lady Warrior Open hosted by Midland University Saturday, Feb. 12 at 9:00 a.m. in Fremont, Neb.
