Leavenworth, Kan. - The Central Methodist Women's Wrestling team competed at the Spire Open hosted by the University of Saint Mary Friday in Leavenworth, Kan. 

Hannah Hall highlighted the day with a first place finish in the 116-pound bracket. The Sophomore from Colorado Springs, Colo. posted a 4-0 record, with two of those wins coming via Technical Fall. 

Fellow sophomore Lillian Gough earned a second place finish at 143 pounds, finishing the day with a 3-1 record. Abigail Jastal placed third at 109 with a final record of 3-2. 

CMU returns home to host Baker University Wednesday, Feb. 1 at 5:00 p.m. inside Puckett Field House.
