Marshall, Mo. - The (RV) Central Methodist Women's Wrestling program took part in the Missouri Valley Open last weekend in nearby Marshall, Mo. 

The meet is the largest women's wrestling tournament in the country, and features more than 50 collegiate programs and 700 wrestlers across the NCAA Division I, II, III, NAIA and junior college divisions. 

Freshman Vivian Mariscal was Central's highest finisher, as she placed sixth in the 103 pound weight class with five wins and three losses. Senior Lillian Gough also picked up six wins in the 138 pound division. 

The Eagles return to the mat at the Doane Open Saturday, Dec. 7 at 9:00 a.m. in Crete, Neb.
