Competitive Dance Tops Benedictine in Dual

ATCHISON, Kan. - The Central Methodist University competitive dance team continued its competition weekend at the Benedictine Challenge on Saturday evening, competing in a dual against Benedictine.

The Eagles Envy dance team finished with scores of 73.1 and 74.6 from the two judges, earning a subtotal of 73.85 points. The team's final score was 73.85 after a deduction of 0.05.

Central Methodist competed in, and won, a dual against Benedictine who finished with a final score of 53.65.

Up next for the Eagles will be the Heart of America Athletic Conference Cheer & Dance Championship. Competition is set to begin on February 16^th in Des Moines, Iowa.
