Hello all,
�
Tuesday the CMU softball team got ready for our game at 12. We ate breakfast at the hotel and departed from our hotel at 10.�
�
We faced Morningside (Iowa) in the first game of the day. The game was a hard faught battle but the CMU Eagles pulled out the win and came out on top.
�
We had to face Williams Baptist (Ark.) at 5 p.m. Both teams were fighting for the opportunity to continue their season. The game was a battle in which we fought until the end. We suffered an unfortunate lost 7-4.�
�
As we had out final meeting with the team the song "Wagon Wheel" started to play over the audio system which was a song that we frequently played and all enjoyed. It was a bittersweet moment ending the great season with some amazing seniors.

Now we will begin preparing for next season. We are all very excited and hope that we will make it farther each year.�

Thank you everyone for all the support in these past years. We are looking forward to next year and continuing the streak of being named conference champions.
