Kansas City, Mo. - For the first time in her career, Central Methodist senior outfielder Joely Crider was named an NAIA All-American, which was announced by the national office Tuesday.
Crider was named to the third team as an outfielder.
The native of Eagle, Idaho played in all 57 games for CMU in her final season. She posted career-bests in numerous offensive categories including; hits (78), doubles (22), home runs (six), batting average (.426), on base percentage (.521), and slugging percentage (.667).
Crider was named Heart Player of the Week on February, 11th and was named to the Heart All-Conference First Team for the fourth-straight year.
She finishes her career as a four-time Heart All-Conference selection, a four-time NFCA All-Region honoree and now an NAIA All-American.
Additionally, Crider concludes her time with the program in the top 10 of both career RBI (162) and career doubles (66).
