Fayette, Mo. - The No. 13 Central Methodist Women's Soccer program completed an undefeated conference slate with a 3-0 win over Baker University Wednesday night at Davis Field. 

With the win, the Eagles clinched the Heart Regular Season title outright, their seventh in the last nine years. 

The Eagles got on the board in the 28th minute, when a flurry of shots built up to a goal from Beatrice Aime, her third of the year. Central held a 1-0 lead at the halftime break, outshooting the Wildcats 11-1. 

CMU added to their lead just four minutes into the second half. Rieke Protze sent a ball up field, where Luisa Schaupp was able to sneak past the Baker defensive line and send the ball past the keeper for the second goal of the night. 

Nerea Munoz put the finishing touches on the match with her signature free kick goal that found the upper left corner of the net in the 84th minute. 

Central's offense controlled the pace from start to finish, tallying a grand total of 23 shots and 12 shots on goal. BU managed just two shots, with one coming on frame. 

Mariana Barreto led the offense with nine shots, followed by Munoz with four and Sara Garcia three. 

Brooke Assur got her first start of the year in goal, playing all 90 minutes and picking up one save. 

The Eagles conclude the regular season with a 14-1-2 record and an 12-0-1 record in the Heart of America.

Central has earned the No. 1 seed in the conference tournament, beginning with the quarterfinals Wednesday, Nov. 5 at Davis Field. 

CMU's opponent and gametime will be announced upon conclusion of the regular season with the rest of the conference.
