Coach Riddle is entering his fourth season with the CMU track and field program in 2024-25. In his first three seasons, Riddle has coached numerous all-conference performers, including a conference champion in the women's triple jump, and several national qualifiers in the long, triple, and high jump.
Coach Riddle also coached the program's first national champion in 20 years, as junior Renee Finke won the national title in the high jump at the 2024 Outdoor National Championships in Marion, Indiana. She cleared a height of 1.77 meters, breaking the school record.
Prior to Central Methodist, Riddle spent two years as the assistant coach at Olivet Nazarene University. While with the Tigers, he coached numerous CCAC champions as well as all-conference athletes in the men's and women's triple, long and high jump. He was also apart of the coaching staff that led the men's team to a runner-up finish at indoor nationals in 2020.
Before starting his coaching career, Riddle was a part of the track and field team at Malone University, where he holds the school record in triple jump, and has the third best mark all-time in the high jump. He's a former G-MAC Champion and conference record holder for triple, and was all-conference in the high jump and long jump. He also earned NCAA All-Midwest Region honors in triple jump and was a national qualifier in the event.
Riddle is a native a Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Malone in 2018 with a bachelors in Sport Management and a master's in organizational leadership from Olivet in 2020.
