Nashville, Tenn. - The Central Methodist University STUNT program concluded a historical season at the 2025 College STUNT National Championship last weekend in Nashville, Tennessee. '
Central qualified for its first-ever national tournament, where they ultimately finished third.
The Eagles entered the tournament as the No. 3 seed, and squared off against a familiar foe in No. 2 Missouri Baptist.
Central dropped its first game of the tournament to the Spartans by a final score of 13-7 Saturday. Needing a win to extend their season, the Eagles squared off against Missouri Baptist again Sunday, falling to MBU 13-6 to conclude the year.
Missouri Baptist went on to face No. 1 Hope International in the national championship, with HIU winning over MBU 14-0.
Central will head into 2025-26 under newly appointed Head Coach Abigail Rosa, who has led the Eagles as interim head coach since the early spring.
