Martin, Tenn. – The Central Methodist STUNT team competed in a pair of matchups Saturday at the UT Martin STUNT Tournament, falling to host UT Martin and Maryville inside the Kathleen and Tom Elam Center.

Saturday's event featured five programs from across the Midwest and South, including UT Martin, Missouri State, Northern Kentucky, Maryville, and Central Methodist. 

The Eagles opened the day against UT Martin in the first game of the tournament schedule. The Skyhawks controlled the contest from the start, posting a 24–2 victory over CMU. 

Later in the afternoon, Central returned to the mat to face Maryville for the third time this season. Maryville once again came away with the win, defeating the Eagles 25–2 in the final game of the day for the Eagles.
