Bethany, Okla. — Central Methodist STUNT wrapped up its 2026 campaign over the weekend with an appearance at the College STUNT National Championship, hosted in Bethany, Oklahoma.
Competing against the NAIA's top programs, the Eagles battled through two matchups before concluding their season.
Central opened competition Friday against top-seeded and defending national champion Hope International. CMU faced a tough challenge against the reigning titleholders, ultimately falling 15-0 in the first game.
Returning to the mat Saturday in an elimination matchup, Central Methodist squared off against Missouri Valley College. The Eagles showed resilience and determination, putting together a stronger offensive effort, but ultimately came up short in a 19-6 loss to the Vikings.
