Jamestown, N.D. - The Central Methodist women's wrestling team is set to compete in the NAIA Women's Wrestling National Invitational March 11-12 in Jamestown N.D.
The Eagles will take 10 grapplers to the Invitational including; Abigail Jastal (101-pounds), Giovanna Loza (116-pounds), McKenna Deckelman (123-pounds), Allison Hynes (123-pounds), Corinne McClure (130-pounds), Autumn Barela (136-pounds), Andrea Montoya (143-pounds), Brianne Whited (143-pounds), and Shianne Whited (155-pounds).
CMU was featured in the NAIA Coaches' Top 20 poll five weeks during the regular season and had as many as four wrestlers nationally ranked in their respective weight classes. Central enters the invitational after posting a sixth place finish at the Heart Conference Championships on Feb. 26.
