FAYETTE, Mo. - The Central Methodist cross country teams head to Rock Island, Ill., Friday for the Brissman/Lundeen Invitational hosted by Augustana (Ill.). Action begins with the women's 6k race at 5 p.m. CT at Saukie Golf Course.
The men's 8k race will follow at 5:45 p.m.
Scheduled to run for the Eagle women are Shannon Feurt, Megan Greener, Bayley Greiner, Veronica Hancock, Rachel Howieson, Emily Nealley, Allyson Ng and Cheyenne Randle.
Scheduled to participate for the Eagle men are Rory Concannon, Brett Davis, Ryan Dickson, Zach Feurt, Austin Jones, Cody Klemp, Tyler Meierarend and Michael Neeley.
Friday's meet will be mark the midpoint of the season for Mark Nelson's bunch.
Temperatures are expected to be in the high 70s with a 50 percent chance of humidity and wind speeds out of the southeast up to seven miles per hour for the races.
After Friday's Brissman/Lundeen Invitational, Central Methodist's next event will come Oct. 4 when the Eagles host the Gary Stoner Invitational.
