FAYETTE, Mo. - The Central Methodist cross country teams host the Gary Stoner Invitational at Fayette Golf Club on Saturday. Action begins with the women's 5k race at 10:30 a.m. CT.
The men's 8k race follows at 11:15 a.m.
Scheduled to run for the Eagle women are Shannon Feurt, Bayley Greiner, Veronica Hancock, Rachel Howieson, Cheyenne Randle, Alex Scavuzzo, Nikki Warren and Crystin Wilson.
Scheduled to participate for the Eagle men are Rory Concannon, Zach Feurt, Doug Hutcherson, Cody Klemp, Gage Lemmon and Rodes Ratliff.
The Eagles will compete against�Central Christian (Mo.),�Ozarks (Mo.),�Culver-Stockton (Mo.),�Evangel (Mo.) and the�Mizzouri Running Club.
Temperatures are expected to be in the high 40s with wind speeds out of the west northwest up to 16 miles per hour for the races.
After Saturday's Gary Stoner Invitational, Central Methodist's next event will come Oct. 11 when the Eagles take part in the NAIA Preview Meet.
