VANCOUVER, Wash. ---- Central Methodist women's cross country freshman Lisa Sauter ended her freshman campaign in Vancouver, Washington at the 2017 NAIA Cross Country National Championship.

After a strong freshman campaign, Sauter earned a spot at the national tournament with her performance in the conference tournament.

On the national stage as a freshman, Sauter finished 223 with a time of 20:05.
