MARYVILLE, Mo. - Central Methodist sits in fifth place after the first day of the second annual Graceland Spring Invitational at Mozingo Golf and Country Club. The Eagles careded a 376 on Friday at the Par 72 course.
Allison Quigley led the charge for Central Methodist on the first day of the tournament, hosted by Graceland (Iowa), shooting a 90 (42-48). She is tied for 13th overall. Jessi Norton is tied for 21st with a 93 (47-46). Ashley Spaulding is tied for 30th with a first-day score of 96 (51-45). Jamie Gisburne is tied for 34th with a 97 (47-50). Alannah Hustead is tied seven spots behind Gisburne after carding a 99 (47-52).
William Penn (Iowa) sits in first place after totaling a 338. William Penn's Demi Coertze is in first after firing a 77 (38-39).
The final round begins Saturday at 9 a.m. CT.
