William Jewell College scored 10 straight points in the fourth quarter to earn a 13-3 win over the Central Methodist University football team Saturday afternoon.

William Jewell got on the board first with a field goal in the second quarter to take a 3-0 lead into halftime. Central Methodist evened the score at 3-3 with a 22-yard field goal by senior Tyler Padgett (Jefferson City, Mo.) early in the fourth quarter. The Cardinals were able to get another field goal to regain the lead, and returned a fumble for a touchdown at the end of the quarter to pick up the 13-3 win.
