Central Methodist was in limited gear for a second-straight session Wednesday, focusing on all aspects of the game during 7-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.
CoachJody Ford limited the contact during the session, not allowing players to take each other to the ground in team segments.
Coach Ford believes the Eagles improved after being off for two days and getting in the film room.
"We're getting better each and every day," Ford said. "We need to continue to improve and not be satisfied."The Eagles will be back on the field Friday in full pads with five practices left before the Black and White Spring Game on Saturday, April 26, at 3 p.m. CT.
