MIAMI, Fla. - Scouts from 11 NFL, five CFL and 11 Arena teams were on hand to Dec. 7 to watch a pair of Central Methodist seniors - defensive tackle Hunter Kelley and defensive end Collin Sizemore - along with other top players from NCAA Division II, III and the NAIA in the 5th annual National Bowl at Ocean Bank Field at Florida International University Stadium.�

Kelley and Sizemore played for the Red Nation, which was defeated by the Blue Nation 17-14. Kelley recorded three tackles and a tackle for loss, while Sizemore added a tackle.

During the three days leading up to the National Bowl, the players went through a normal routine for scouting combines that included measurements and position drills.�

Kelley and Sizemore were All-HAAC honorable mention selections this past season. Kelley, from Kirksville, Mo., was fourth on the squad with 54 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, one sack, a forced fumble, fumble recovery and pass defensed. Sizemore, a Perry, Mo., native, ranked 40th in the NAIA during the regular season in sacks (6.0) to go along with 52 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, two passes defensed and one fumble recovery.

The National Bowl and FCS Bowls are annual post-season college football all-star games consisting of top seniors from Non-FBS schools and represent over 400 Division I FCS, II,III, and NAIA schools. The National Bowl is presented by East Preps LLC and founded by its Michael Quartey Esq., also a Professor of Sports Law at Holy Family University and former NFL Certified Sports Agent.

The National Bowl is coached by pro coaches and features coaches such as Brian Ferguson of the AFL's Jacksonville Sharks, head coach the Blue Nation, and pro arena coach Kevin O'Hanlon of the Trenton Freedom, head coach the Red Nation team.�
