Borghardt and White finished their playing careers with the Eagles in 2014.
"I am delighted to have Kaleb and Conner in their new respective roles," Ford said. "Both guys wore the Eagle colors with great pride, are very-well respect by the current players and staff and will help lead our program in the right direction."

In four seasons, the California, Mo., native logged 1,778 passing yards and 17 touchdowns through the air to go along with 749 rushing yards and three scores on the ground running both a flexbone and spread attack.
