Kansas City, Mo. - Two members of the Central Methodist Football program were recognized as Heart South Honorable Mention All-Conference honorees by the conference office last week. 

Junior wide receiver Drake Dudley was named Honorable Mention on offense, while junior defensive back Nyjahl Vaughn earned the nod on defense. 

Dudley appeared in all 11 games for the Eagles, recording 34 receptions for a team-leading 630 total yards and three touchdowns. The native of Hannibal, Missouri tallied two games of 100-plus receiving yards against both Culver-Stockton College (9/9) and Missouri Valley (10/28). 

Vaughn also appeared in all 11 games for Central, leading the team with six interceptions in the defensive backfield. In addition, the native of East St. Louis recorded nine pass breakups and recovered a fumble against Graceland (9/2) and forced a fumble at Culver-Stockton (9/9).
