Twelve Eagles Named Daktronics NAIA Football Scholar-Athletes

Twelve Eagles Named Daktronics NAIA Football Scholar-Athletes

Kansas City, Mo. - Twelve members of the Central Methodist Football program were named Daktronics NAIA Scholar-Athletes, which was announced by the national office Thursday morning. 

The group of 12 are among 968 student-athletes across the country who achieved at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average (GPA) at their institution.

Central Methodist was represented by the following student-athletes; Charles Johnson, Cooper TillmanDavid Hadaller, Dillan Kessing, Evan Workman, Jalen LaBella, Joseph Slattery, Ky'on Bass, Lane Moody, Samual Tillman, Samuel Rost, and Zane Otten

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, must appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport and have attended one full year at said institution.
