Kansas City, Mo. - Central Methodist senior defensive end Caleb Justice ended his career on a high note, earning Heart Football Special Teams Player of the Week honors for the second consecutive week.
The native of Jefferson City, Missouri, was also recognized last week for his efforts against Missouri Baptist on Nov. 8.
Justice played a key role in CMU's 34-21 win over Missouri Valley College on senior day this past Saturday. For the second-straight game, he blocked a 33-yard field goal attempt, which kept the Vikings off the scoreboard in the fourth quarter. The blocked field goal ultimately led to three points for the Eagles' offense at the other end of the field.
Additionally, Justice finished his final game with three tackles, including two tackles for loss, and a strip sack fumble in the third quarter that was recovered by CMU.
