Graceland scored twice within three minutes of each other in the middle of the first half to take a 2-0 lead into halftime. CMU cut the lead to 2-1 when sophomore Kayla Leeser (St. Peters, Mo.) headed corner kick from sophomore Shawn Beard (Moberly, Mo.) into the net in the 55th minute. The goal was Leeser's first of the season, and also marked the first goal scored against Graceland since Sept. 11 and just the fourth goal scored on the Yellowjackets this season.
In the 60th minute, Graceland added another goal to extend its lead to 3-1, and a Yellowjackets goal in the 86th minute gave them the 4-1 win.
