Davidson, a sophomore defender, was one of 12 defenders recognized on the CoSIDA/ESPN Academic All-District Teams for the College Division. Davidson currently has a 4.0 grade-point average with majors in secondary education and math, along with a minor in Spanish. Davidson has played in all 35 matches in her two seasons at CMU, including starting in 33 matches. She made the Dean's List both semesters of her freshman year, and is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta National Honor Society.

Four defenders were selected to each of the First, Second and Third Teams for the College Division in District 7, which is comprised of colleges and universities from NCAA Divisions II and III, NAIA, and two-year colleges and universities. District 7 includes institutions from Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. In order to be nominated for an ESPN Academic All-District team, a student-athlete must be of at least sophomore academic and athletic standing, and maintain at least a 3.30 GPA. Academic All-District winners are voted on by members of CoSIDA based on academic and athletic performance and achievements.
