FAYETTE, Mo. - Baker (Kan.) scored three first-half goals and defeated Central Methodist 4-0 on Saturday evening in the Heart of America Athletic Conference regular-season finale at Davis Field. The loss snaps the Eagles' four-match unbeaten streak.

Before the match, Eagles' seniors Meredith Brick, Brittany Andert, Katherine Crane, Erin Reilly and Jen McIntyre were recognized for their dedication to the program during their careers.

Keeley Atkin scored the only goal Baker (7-5-6, 3-2-2) would need in the 13th minute from six yards out.

Reigning Heart of America Athletic Conference Offensive Player of the Week Nicki Noreen led Central Methodist (9-7-2, 1-4-2) with two shots on goal. McIntyre and Adair each had one.

Wildcats' goalkeepers Rachel Theobald and Kylie Currie combined for the clean sheet.

Brick, who started at goalkeeper for the home team, made six saves. Andert made two saves in 24:07 of action.
