FAYETTE, Mo. - Jordyn Cook, of Granite City (Mo.) High School and the Gateway United Club Team, and Paige Utterback, from Hannibal (Mo.) High School and Troy United Soccer Club, have signed with the Central Methodist women's soccer team for the 2015 season, Eagles' coach Dan Schmidlin announced Tuesday morning.
"Jordyn is a very tough, skillful, and fast striker that will be an immediate impact to our team," Schmidlin comments. "She is a very hard worker who will develop a lot throughout her collegiate career at CMU.�
"Paige is a great addition to our squad heading into the 2015 season. �She is a very versatile player who will help our squad immediately. �She can play anywhere across the back line and midfield line. �Paige has great skills to go along with good athleticism to compete at a very high level."
Central Methodist finished last season 9-4-5, its fourth-straight winning campaign.
