KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Central Methodist University women's soccer team moved up one slot to the No. 23 position in the latest release of the NAIA Women's Soccer Coaches' Top 25 Poll.
The Eagles, now 8-3 on the season, split a pair of conference matchups last week. CMU fell on the road to No. 3 Benedictine 2-1 in overtime, but bounced back with a valiant 6-0 win over William Penn at home.
Other conference competitors in the poll: Benedictine (Kan.) University dropped to No. 4 and MidAmerica Nazarene (Kan.) University is in the "others receiving votes" category.
Central Methodist continues conference play this evening at Missouri Valley College.
