KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Central Methodist University women's soccer program continues to move toward the top of the rankings, jumping one spot in the latest NAIA Women's Soccer Top 25 Poll.
The Eagles now hold the No. 7 position after receiving 393 points and are the only team in the Top 25 still boasting an undefeated record on the season. This ties a program-high ranking that was last achieved on October 24, 2017.
Central is currently ranked 4th in the nation for total goals (58), 9th in total assists (39), 9th in shots on goal per game (12.64), and 10th in goals per game (4.14). The squad also leads the conference in goals per game, shots per game, and goals allowed per game.
The Eagles will return to action this evening for a high-stakes road trip against Evangel University (9-3-1 overall / 6-0-1 Heart). Game time is set for 5 PM in Springfield, Mo.
