Kansas City, Mo. - Senior forward Roneisha Frank has been named the Heart Women's Soccer Offensive Player of the Week, announced by the conference office Monday.
It marks the first Heart Player of the Week honor for the St. George's, Grenada native.
Frank led the No. 6 Eagles to a 2-0 record this past week with wins over (RV) MidAmerica Nazarene and Clarke.
She scored one goal in the win over MNU in addition to two goals and an assist in the victory over Clarke. Frank now has scored four goals while taking just nine shots on goal this season.
Frank and the Eagles currently stand at 6-2 and 2-0 in the Heart, and will next face No. 13 Missouri Valley College Wednesday, Sept. 21 at 5:00 p.m. in Marshall, Mo.
